Also ...I am not sure...I am not much of an expert. Also have you tried Herb Salt? Are you allowed to have that. It has a much nicer flavour than regular salt as it seems to have herbs in it as well or maybe its just the taste of mixed vegetables. You might find that that might make your vegies taste better without the guilt. I always find that when I am on a diet and having to concentrate on what I am eating, measuring, planning etc I seem to get more hungry. My whole focus becomes food. When I don't I often skip meals without feeling hungry (which is not very good for you I know..and it slows your metabolism which is even worse). Anyway, I am sure that you will work out what works best for you soon enough. I found that adhering to the points system in weight watchers was very helpful and after a while of getting used to does not take as long to prepare and think about as you tend to remember the points for things. I managed to lose the most weight and kept it off longer or sustained the same weight for longer using that method.
